Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At SUMMIT Limousine, LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies:
1. Standard Reservations (Sedan / SUV / Airport Transfers)
- Cancellations must be made at least 4hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 4hours before pickup will be charged 100% of the total fare.
- Prepaid reservations are non-refundable within 24 hours of pickup.
2. Hourly Charters / Special Events / Weddings
- Cancellations must be made at least 72hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a full charge of the reserved amount.
- Deposits for special events are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a no-show if:
- Passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location.
- We are unable to contact the passenger.
- Passenger refuses the ride upon driver arrival.
No-shows are charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
4. Airport Arrivals – Grace Period
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time
- International flights: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time
After the grace period, waiting time charges may apply.
If the passenger does not show within the waiting period and no contact is made, it will be treated as a no-show.
5. Late Cancellations Due to Flight Changes
- Clients must notify us immediately of flight delays or cancellations.
- If proper notice is provided and verified, we will attempt to reschedule without penalty (subject to availability).
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Processing fees may apply for credit card transactions.
